RETURN POLICY

Given the personalized nature of each t-shirt we design, 10Bucktee cannot accommodate returns or refunds.

However, if the t-shirt you’ve received deviates from your order or bears any errors, a return may be considered at the discretion of 10Bucktee. Should such a situation arise, you are required to arrange the return of the items to us within a 30-day window to be eligible under this Policy.

Please note, 10Bucktee cannot be held accountable for items that go missing during transit back to us.

Items returned must be in pristine condition – unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags in place. If any returned item doesn't meet these criteria, it won't qualify under this Policy.

REPLACEMENTS ONLY

Upon receiving the returned t-shirt, 10Bucktee will inspect the item. Based on our findings, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement.

It's crucial to understand that, given the custom-designed nature of our products, 10Bucktee cannot extend cash refunds.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our design and preparation phases kick off soon after you place an order. As such, any cancellation requests must be made within 72 hours of placing an order. Be aware that cancellations might incur a 25% fee, which covers the time and resources invested in setting up your order.
